This two-bedroom cabin needed to be built without cutting down two mature trees present on the site. The strategy involved incorporating them into the cabin, building the structure around them, and featuring them in the interior with large triple pane windows. The openings continue one behind the other across all interior walls to bring natural light in. Full-height glass brick wall segments bring light and partial views into the bathrooms, allowing for user privacy and for sunlight to penetrate all spaces throughout the cabin.
